Our Career Services are built for men who are ready to work but need a clear path, practical tools, and someone in their corner. Whether you have been out of the workforce for years or are simply stuck in a job that is going nowhere, we help you turn effort into opportunity.

The heart of this support is our Job Search Assistance Program. You will sit down with someone who listens to your story and then helps you put it on paper in a way employers respect. Together, we build or refresh your resume, practice how to explain gaps or legal history, and create a job search plan that matches your skills and responsibilities at home. We also walk through interview preparation-how to answer common questions, what to ask employers, and how to follow up without feeling like you are begging.

Alongside one-on-one help, you can join our Career Workshops and Seminars. These are focused, practical sessions on job readiness skills and career advancement. Topics include understanding workplace expectations, time management, communication on the job, basics of leadership, and how to move from just having a job to building a career. You will hear from community professionals, ask questions, and leave with simple actions you can put to work right away.

We encourage men who receive clothing from us to connect with Career Services so the suit, shirt, or work outfit is matched with a plan. The goal is not just to get you into an interview, but to help you keep the job, earn promotions, and show up as the man you know you can be.
